At SupperWorks, we take the work out of supper. We do the menu planning. We do the shopping.
We do the washing, the chopping, the grating, the slicing, and the clean-up!
You prepare tasty, nutritious meals without the time, without the hassle, without the mess!

In about 2 hours, you’ll prepare 12 entrees (1 hour for 6 entrees).
Each full-sized entree serves 4 to 6 people.
You can also split our recipes in half, using 2 smaller containers.

Asian Beef Wraps: Extra-lean ground beef quickly sautéed with green onions, garlic, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, water chestnuts, and cabbage, then wrapped in warm flour tortillas.  A new twist on Asian-inspired cuisine! (stovetop)
Cabernet Beef: A customer favourite returns! Tender diced beef, pearl onions and red wine cook long and slow in your crockpot to make a sublime and easy meal. (3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop)
Caribbean Pork Tenderloin: This is sunshine on a grill!  This quick-cooking dish pairs a Caribbean-inspired spice rub with lean and delicious pork tenderloin. One of our most-requested customer favourites. (grill or oven)
Chicken with White Wine Brandy Marinade: You asked and it’s back! A wine-country recipe for marinating boneless, skinless chicken breasts in white wine, a touch of brandy, herbs and other seasonings. It’s a sophisticated yet casual quick-cooking chicken dish. (grill)
Chickpeas in Curried Coconut Broth: Meatless. Back after rave reviews!  Try this medley of chickpeas, coconut milk, and fresh cilantro. Full-flavoured and not too spicy. Rice included. (3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop)
Garlic and Herb Shrimp: These shrimp are plump, pink, and savoury. Marinate in garlic, white wine, and fresh parsley, quickly sauté, then share them with your loved ones! Rice included. (stovetop)
Herb-Grilled Salmon:  A fresh, seasonal mixture of fresh thyme, rosemary, lemon juice and Dijon mustard creates a flavourful and quick-cooking entrée. Perfect for a warm, spring evening! (grill or oven)
Jamaican Jerk Flats: New! It’s BBQ season! Our ever-popular Flat Iron Steaks in a delightful marinade of pineapple juice, brown sugar, and jerk seasonings. You control the “heat factor.” (grill).
Kashmiri-Style Chicken Burgers: New! An oh-so-flavourful mixture of ground chicken, fresh cilantro, coriander, cumin, and curry. A “thumbs-up favourite” amongst our taste-testers. Whole wheat hamburger buns included. (stovetop)
Moroccan Chicken: Cumin, Kalamata olives and mint give tender boneless, skinless chicken thighs a taste of exotic places.  Serve over couscous (included). (stovetop)
Pasta all’Amatriciana: New! This rustic dish puts together very humble ingredients – bacon, pasta, white wine, tomatoes, and cheese - with addictive results. Family-friendly and delicious. (stovetop)
Pork Chops on the Rocks: Take your pork chops to the grill, then treat them to this fabulous citrus and tequila glaze. Margaritas anyone? A crowd pleaser! (grill)
Sesame-Tofu Pasta Toss: New! Tofu and whole wheat pasta tossed with a sesame-soy dressing. Speckled with shredded carrots, green onions and sugar snap peas, it’s pleasing to both eyes and palate! (stovetop)

Here’s an easy crockpot dinner for an extra-busy day.  Diced beef, pearl onions, mushrooms, and other veggies simmer long and slow in a flavourful, “beefy” gravy. (3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop)

OR

ENTRÉE AND MENU DESCRIPTION #2:  RATATOUILLE PROVENCAL
This satisfying vegetarian stew features roasted eggplant, fresh zucchini, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and herbs. It will fill your house with the smells of southern France. White or brown rice included. (3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop)

Private Screening of The Business of Being Born

Childbirth Kingston is pleased to present 3 private screenings of The Business of Being Born, a revolutionary film about birth in the North American culture. This is a "must-see" film for all those who have birthed, will birth, or have any interest in birth.

Tickets can be purchased at the office, Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. They are being sold on a sliding scale price between $6 and $10...pay what you can! Admission will go to cover the cost of the film, and any additional proceeds will go towards Childbirth Kingston's non-profit programs for parents and parents-to-be.
