Rhyme Time with Mother Goose:
January 10 - Feb 28 AND March 20 to May 8 (10-11:30 OR 1-2:30 group)

 This class runs for several weeks and is a fun interactive time for parents and their babies (birth to one year).  Sing songs, learn new rhymes, have a snack and enjoy storytelling time.  Create your own full colour book of songs and rhymes to use for years to come! "Babies learn best when they hear language that includes rhyme, rhythm, repetition, a rich vocabulary and physical interaction...Jen and Danielle help parents learn rhymes, actions and songs to do with their 
babies and provide an opportunity to meet other new parents and babies too!"

Infant/Child CPR: 
March 31st or May 26th
9:30- 11:30 am.

Taught by Claude Duval Emergency Training.  Learn a valuable, life saving skill.  Class also deals with choking.  (not certification)

Cost $25 per person

Infant Massage:  
April 9th , May 21st or June 11th
1-2:30pm.

Ideal for babies 2-6 months, or not yet mobile.  Learn to communicate your love through touch.  Touch is an infant's most highly developed sense.  Massage can calm your baby, encourage better sleep and can alleviate digestive problems.  This is a hands on workshop with your baby.  

Cost $10

Getting Your Baby to Sleep...and Back to Sleep:  
May 14th
1-3pm.

Give your child a wonderful gift-the ability to soothe themselves back to sleep.  This workshop is designed for all parents.  It explores different sleeping arrangements and offers tools to teach babies to fall asleep on their own.  It will assist you in reaching a good night's sleep for EVERYONE!

Signing with Your Baby

May 20th

Teach your baby to communicate before he or she can even talk!  Babies can learn simple signs in their first year and it has been shown to help with language development.
