**Infant Massage
$15
Wednesday, April 14, and June 9, 2010: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Ideal for babies 2-6 months, or not yet mobile. Learn to communicate your love through touch. Touch is an infant's most highly developed sense.
Massage can calm your baby, encourage better sleep and can alleviate digestive problems. This is a hands on workshop with your baby.
**Infant and Child CPR/FIRST AID

Monday, March 29 and May 31, 2010 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Taught by Claude Duval-Emergency Services * learn the proper CPR techniques for resuscitating infants and children * also deals with choking * not
a certification class
**La Leche League Meetings
FREE
2nd Tuesday of the month: 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon
La Leche League is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to providing education, information, mother-to-mother support, and
encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. Accredited by La Leche League International, volunteer Leaders are experienced breastfeeding
mothers who are familiar with research and current findings dealing with all aspects of nursing. Meeting attendance is free, not limited to LLL
members. Pregnant women and older children (siblings) are welcome. So please come and share with us the wonderful "womanly art of breastfeeding."

**Rhyme Time With Mother Goose

Tuesday Group: March 23 to May 11, 2010: 10am -11:30am
Thursday Group: March 25 to May 13, 2010: 10 a.m.-11:30
This class runs for several weeks and is a fun, interactive time for parents and their babies (birth to one year). Sing songs, learn new rhymes,
have a snack and enjoy storytelling time. Create your own book of songs and rhymes to use for years to come!

**Signing With Your Baby

Teach your baby to communicate before he or she can even talk! Babies can learn simple signs in their first year and it has been shown to help
with language development.
**To Sleep or Not to Sleep

Wednesday, March 10 and May 12, 2010: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Give your child a wonderful gift - the ability to soothe themselves back to sleep. This workshop is designed for all parents. It explores
different sleeping arrangements and offers tools to teach babies to fall asleep on their own. It will assist you in reaching a good night's sleep
for EVERYONE!
