Our Refund policy reflects both the unpredictable nature of pregnancy and newborns, but also protects the value of our time and resources that are prepared for each person registered for our programs. Refunds: - More than one week from the scheduled start date: Refund of course fee(s) minus 10% administration fee. - Within one week of the scheduled start date: Refund of course fee(s) minus 15% administration fee. - After workshop has begun (attended or unattended without prior notification): Not eligible for refund* *(ALL requests for refunds are considered on a case by case basis.)
